Friends!!!
As you know I am very lazy in writing and reading stuffs, but you also know that I have will to improve, so I am trying to work on these stuffs.
What I am trying to write today is about “Friends”…
We say in India that Dosti hi aisa rista hai jo aap khud se banate ho….Its very true I guess!!!
I have always been thinking that to be good friends, we should have same opinion. That’s true to some extent, but not fully though.
There is another thought of school in this matter.
And my friend, Guru, Mentor named Deepesh taught me that.
“To be good friends with some peoples, some time we need to have same differences as well.”
I know this is not very clear statement in itself, so let explain myself. What this means is that if some how you are feeling that things are not working the way you want to be or what you have thought of, even though you are the same person, so means something needs to be changed.
So start identifying the problems or concerns or anything which both of you don’t like and share the same opinion for that. This way you and your friend will at least have a common ground which will help you to make your friendship more mature. But this is not always the right approach, one need to identify the scenario where this can be effectively implemented.
This was actually my learning of the day.
Thanks a lot Arun Joshi and Deepesh san for the nice coffee in “Star Bucks”,and Thanks Star Bucks for the Tall Cappuccino J.

11 April....Letz Start Blogging
This is not a mail or any complaint which i am writing for my Manager or any community which is going to file any petition for any kind of changes.
This is just to understand that I can also think about what is happening all around the world, giving my own views or any wiered topis.
Very recently say 10 days back i have started new thing in my life and that is waking up early in the morning. Now a days I have my friend Mitul , sharing room with me in Kawasaki, 706. He has to go to office early so he wakes me up with a cup of Tonic, callled Tea.
What to do after waking up in morning, I though i will keep myself updated with the latest news of India.
Just to brief first news which I saw today was relared to reservation for ellite institutes like IIT's and IIM's.
Our government has deceided to give 27% reservation to OBC category.
One thing which i couldnot understand is the very purpose of word "HariJan" is used wrongly.
When this law to give reservation was made in 1989, the purpose which I can see was to bring the Underprivilaged in terms of facilites for education and employment etc. But now the same is been used to divide the society.
None of the members of the Supreme Court or Panel who were part of this thought process of giving reservation to OBC were able to give answere, Why 27% reservation. Why not 10% or 40%; is it just that they like this figure?????
They are not probably seeing the society from broder prospective. 30 Years back when reservation laws were made, scenarios were different. SC/ST and OBC's were really Poor in terms of money and facilities. But if you visit almost any Village of India, number of Underprivilaged is same for Harijan's as well as Sawarn's (Though I dont like categoring socity this way).
So basically the criteria of reservation needs to be changed. That too atleast not for institution like IIT and IIM's.
Are they able to visualize the side effects of this reservation thoughtline. Sir you are dividing the students in 2 categories before even they are starting theor carrier.
I know i have not written this Blog in structured way, may be because this is my first blog. But i guess my idea is clear.
